Praise Cheeses: cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese.....

Sometimes you just need cheese.

Things I find irresistibly loveable:  Leslie Stowe Raincoast Crisps (cranberry-hazelnut what upppp!), fig jam, cheese boards, boyfriends who support spending grocery money on cheese, and Chateau de Bourgogne cheese.

It is the soft bottom most one, and in terms of mouth-feel, texture, and taste, I'm pretty sure it's what heaven tastes like. It's a soft, bloomy, cow's milk cheese and it goes AMAZING with crisp white wine/a 9$ bottle of 'champagne' you bought to go along with your 15$ cheese. Cool, smooth, silky and perfect. The Canadian cheese website (www.aboutcheese.ca) tells me this is the 'sophisticated party cheese'. Fine whatever, give it to me!  Seriously - if I was a syphilis crazed luxury loving French monarch, I would insist that peasants bring this to me by the wagonload.
